It leads research projects and strengthens consumer-learning capabilities so teams can make better-informed decisions.

What you'll do

• Shape the consumer learning agenda for the Brand & Innovation team
• lead insights projects from research question through design, execution, analysis, and recommendations
• partner with Brand, Innovation, R&D, and Marketing
• identify category opportunities and risks
• assess product concepts, prototypes, reformulations, and positioning
• manage research partner relationships, platforms, budgets, and performance
• strengthen consumer segmentation
• use an AI-enabled platform to organize research and accelerate analysis
• manage idea and product-testing databases
• monitor emerging research methods and technologies.
