What you'll do

• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D plumbing system drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Collaborating on the coordination of new construction or renovation of commercial buildings, translating concepts into detailed 2D and 3D renderings.
• Participation in meetings with Project Managers, General Contractors, and fellow subcontractors to ensure project alignment and adherence to deadlines.
• Ensure all drawings comply with local and city commercial plumbing codes.
• Revise and update drawings based on design changes and field conditions
• Maintain organized project documentation and drawing files
• Assist with material takeoffs and project documentation as needed

Minimum 1 year of experience using Revit and AutoCAD; Proficiency in local and city commercial plumbing codes; Strong ability to interpret construction drawings and technical documents; Experience generating accurate 2D and 3D production drawings; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications; Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
