What you'll do

• Lead commercial Division 9 paint and wallcovering estimating from takeoff through proposal
• manage multiple bids and deadlines
• build relationships with general contractors, owners, and industry partners
• follow up on bids
• pursue negotiated work and future opportunities
• coordinate project turnover with operations and project management
• improve estimating processes and systems
• mentor additional estimators
• and work with leadership on growth strategy.
