What you'll do

• Conduct 70–100 outreach and orientation calls daily
• build awareness through presentations, meetings, and networking
• develop partnerships and targeted recruitment strategies
• assist youth and families through enrollment
• attend community events and meetings
• plan events promoting the organization's mission and mentorship needs
• represent the organization at events and potential media engagements
• collaborate on digital recruitment and social media materials
• conduct participant orientations.
