The Land Development Project Manager, Multifamily role is an onsite, full-time position in Asheville, North Carolina. Compensation is $90,000–$125,000 per year. The role manages horizontal site development for multifamily apartment communities throughout North Carolina. The project manager oversees development from permitting through site completion, coordinating schedules, budgets, infrastructure work, consultants, contractors, utility providers, and municipalities. The role helps deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with applicable regulations.

What you'll do

• Manage all phases of land development for multifamily projects
• maintain schedules and budgets
• review costs, approve pay applications, and control change orders
• oversee grading, erosion control, utilities, pavement, and site infrastructure
• coordinate engineers, consultants, contractors, utility providers, and municipalities
• manage permits, inspections, and approvals
• monitor construction quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
• resolve risks and schedule impacts
• provide status updates to leadership.
