• Assist lead teachers with lesson plans and educational activities
• support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development
• maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
• monitor and document children's progress and behavior
• provide feedback to parents and staff
• encourage positive interactions
• participate in staff meetings and professional development
• prepare lesson materials and assist with classroom management
• foster an inclusive atmosphere.
