Certified Nursing Assistant

What you'll do

• Provide person-centered support with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding, mobility, and transfers
• monitor health and obtain vital signs
• report changes
• support medication administration per training and policy and document in real time
• implement care plans and safety protocols
• facilitate outings and appointment transportation
• assist with housekeeping and meal preparation
• complete incident reports and required documentation
• collaborate with nurses, DDPs, and supervisors.
