What you'll do

• Maintain common areas, hallways, amenities, entrances, sidewalks, and parking areas
• pick up litter and assist with trash removal
• perform basic groundskeeping
• clean assigned areas and vacant apartments
• inspect vacant units and complete make-ready tasks, including minor repairs, painting, patching, and basic plumbing or electrical work as authorized
• check appliances and HVAC and report issues
• complete final move-in readiness checks
• maintain supplies, records, work orders, and inventory
• report maintenance and safety concerns.
