What you'll do

• Patrol common areas and collect and remove trash, litter, and debris
• transport waste to designated compactors or dumpsters
• empty, reline, and clean receptacles
• respond to overflowing bins
• break down cardboard and bulk waste
• safely operate carts and dollies
• maintain service corridors, loading docks, and staging areas
• report maintenance issues, spills, and hazards
• clean walkways, plazas, restrooms, lounges, elevators, stairwells, and corridors
• sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and spot clean
• restock and sanitize restrooms
• assist with event and seasonal cleaning
• complete checklists and work orders. Must be able to lift 40–50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather.
