Outpatient Program Coordinator

The Outpatient Program Coordinator role is an onsite, full-time position in Denver, CO, paying $22.00–$26.50 per hour. The schedule is Monday–Thursday, 11:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m., and Friday, 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; the role reports to the Clinical Director of Outpatient Programs. The coordinator supports a safe, therapeutic treatment environment through client orientation and daily support, administrative and operational assistance, program evaluation, and implementation of program changes.

What you'll do

• Manage incoming-client orientation
• assist with IOP assessments and complete DACODS
• support specimen collection and handling under established procedures
• help implement program changes
• collect and analyze client feedback and program metrics
• answer phones
• support the Clinical Director and team
• assist with procurement, budgeting, and financial duties
• coordinate events and meetings
• monitor quality assurance
• maintain confidentiality and HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 compliance.
