Porter / Make-Ready Technician

The Porter / Make-Ready Technician role is onsite in Euless, TX, with a Monday–Friday schedule. Compensation is $18–$21 per hour. The Tipton Group’s apartment maintenance team prepares homes for new residents and maintains community properties. The technician completes apartment turnovers and repairs, supports grounds upkeep, and helps keep the property clean and ready for residents. The role contributes to resident service by working with maintenance and property management teams and responding through the property’s on-call rotation.

What you'll do

• Complete apartment turnovers and make-readies
• perform painting, touch-ups, and general repairs
• assist with basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and preventive maintenance
• inspect vacant units
• assist with grounds upkeep and light landscaping
• respond to maintenance needs as part of the on-call rotation
• work with maintenance and property management teams.
