Industrial Electrical Maintenance Technician

The Industrial Electrical Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Shirley, MA, with a stated pay range of $38–$42 per hour. XPM Plastics Compounding LLC manufactures thermoplastic materials and is expanding its production operation. The technician maintains and repairs production and facility systems to support safe, reliable, efficient manufacturing, while helping develop preventive maintenance practices and reduce equipment downtime.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment and electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems
• work with twin-screw extruders and material-handling equipment
• troubleshoot PLCs, industrial PCs, and AC/DC drives
• perform preventive maintenance
• identify recurring issues and recommend improvements
• support installations and upgrades
• maintain records and prepare purchase orders
• assist other maintenance personnel
• participate in the on-call rotation
• follow safety procedures and applicable codes.
