• Support and coordinate Central Monitor Technicians
• serve as a clinical resource for rhythm interpretation
• collaborate with Nurse Educator for training
• support shift transitions
• participate in team huddles
• act as communication link between CMU and inpatient staff
• assist with staffing assignments
• contribute to quality improvement.
