Deck Supervisor

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and provide constructive feedback to instructors and deck teachers
• ensure delivery of the Goldfish Swim School curriculum
• conduct daily pre-shift meetings and prepare the deck
• evaluate instructors periodically
• communicate student progress to parents and guardians
• complete logs and monitor attendance
• maintain facility cleanliness, organization, and pool chemical levels
• substitute as a swim instructor when needed
• support staff development through coaching, workshops, and in-service training.
