What you'll do

• Help create a nurturing learning environment
• document and share children’s daily milestones with parents
• collaborate with educators on age-appropriate curriculum
• keep children safe and extend play through language, toys, and activities
• model and encourage age-appropriate social behaviors
• contribute ideas for a balanced daily schedule with quiet and active, indoor and outdoor, fine- and gross-motor activities.
