What you'll do

• maintain menu knowledge and pass the menu test
• plate desserts and shuck oysters
• verify food accuracy before it leaves the kitchen
• learn table and seat numbers and pass the floor chart test
• polish and move plates, glasses, and silverware
• deliver food, clear tables, handle guest requests and allergies according to policy
• keep the pass clean
• check and clean bathrooms during service
• close the kitchen using a checklist.
