The Equipment Operator / Site Foreman role is onsite in Drums, PA, with local projects and no overnight travel; compensation is $30–$40 per hour. This hands-on leadership role combines heavy equipment operation with daily job-site coordination to help complete projects safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. The foreman plans work, directs crew members, coordinates with project stakeholders, and oversees equipment, utility installation, and site preparation activities.

What you'll do

• Lead daily job-site operations and coordinate crew, equipment, and materials
• operate track excavators, dozers, skid loaders, dump trucks, and other equipment
• oversee excavation, grading, underground utilities, and site preparation
• read plans and establish grades
• coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and customers
• inspect and maintain equipment
• train crew members
• maintain reports and enforce safety procedures.
