What you'll do

• Own hardware strategy, roadmap, and execution from prototype through scalable manufacturing
• lead mechanical, electrical, systems, reliability, quality, manufacturing engineering, and external partner work
• make trade-offs across performance, cost, schedule, reliability, and manufacturability
• coordinate hardware with software, AI, design, safety, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, and commercial teams
• develop partner strategy
• build and lead the hardware team
• oversee prototyping, validation, test fixtures, and issue resolution
• represent the hardware organization with executives and stakeholders.
