What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations in collaboration with the Clinical Director
• maintain the clinic environment and coordinate with vendors
• maintain systems and documents for regulatory compliance
• oversee schedules and templates
• hire, train, coach, and develop employees
• manage care-team schedules, PTO, and timecard approvals
• communicate with members and families about financial responsibilities when appropriate
• monitor practice KPIs and maintain accurate data.
