What you'll do

• Develop client relationships through scheduled interactions and meetings
• attend board, annual, committee, and other meetings as needed with assigned on-site managers
• assist managers and clients with compliance
• participate in hiring, training, placement, and performance reviews
• provide coaching and supervision
• ensure compliance with AAM policies and procedures
• support meeting preparation and materials
• handle escalated homeowner issues and report resolutions
• perform related duties as directed.
