The Assistant Manager role is onsite in Littleton, CO, with stated pay of $20–$25 per hour. Gills Point S Tire & Auto operates a retail tire and automotive service center. Working with the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager supports daily operations, develops employees, builds customer relationships, and helps improve sales and operational performance.

• Support daily service-center operations
• build relationships with customers, team members, and vendors
• support sales, scheduling, payroll administration, workflow, and inventory control
• coach and develop team members
• uphold policies and safety standards
• review productivity, labor, sales, and operational metrics.
