The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite in Tucson, AZ, with pay of $23–$30 per hour, depending on experience. GreenLight ABA provides personalized applied behavior analysis therapy to children with autism and developmental needs, with a focus on independence and quality of life. The RBT delivers one-to-one therapy to children ages 2 to 18, implementing skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction plans under BCBA guidance. The role supports children and families by building communication, social, daily living, and independence skills and documenting progress.

What you'll do

• Conduct one-to-one ABA therapy sessions with children with autism and developmental needs
• implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction plans under BCBA guidance
• support communication, social, daily living, and independence skills
• collect and document session data
• follow individualized treatment plans and BCBA recommendations
• collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and families.
