Medical Scribe

Job overview

The Medical Scribe works onsite across clinic locations in Sewell, NJ, and the posting also names Vineland, Mount Laurel, and Voorhees. Compensation is $18–$19 per hour. What you'll do

• Transcribe patient orders into the electronic medical record
• update patient history and examination information
• prepare and assemble medical records
• document visits and medical decision-making in real time
• enter discharge plans and prescriptions
• generate referral letters
• organize medical documents
• flag incomplete or inconsistent records
• perform dictation, faxing, phone calls, and clerical tasks
• protect patient privacy.
