What you'll do

• Prepare food according to menus, planned events, and standard recipes
• plate items according to portion and garnish guidelines
• maintain adequate food preparation and communicate shortages
• check freshness, cooking status, and seasoning
• stock and clean the station
• follow food rotation, sanitation, safety, and resident-rights practices.
