Job overview

This role supports the primary care providers at Oak Street Health by managing clinical documentation to ensure high-quality patient care. This role exists to assist providers throughout the patient care journey, from morning huddles to real-time documentation during exams. By handling clinical informatics responsibilities, the Scribe allows providers to focus on delivering exceptional care and closing care gaps for patients.
What you'll do
- Documenting patient encounters in structured notes, assigning CPT and ICD-10 codes, preparing After Visit Summaries, and providing administrative support to the care team.
