Assistant General Manager

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor managers and hourly staff
• maintain service standards
• oversee operations, marketing strategies, risk management, and corporate mandates
• recruit, interview, hire, and onboard staff
• coach and evaluate employees
• monitor sales forecasts, labor costs, expenses, budgets, and P&L reports
• oversee the beverage program
• collaborate on promotions
• build relationships with regular guests, VIPs, and industry influencers.
