The Bethel Kids Team Member role is onsite in Redding, CA, with regularly assigned shifts during services and approximately 0–10 hours per week depending on team assignment and staffing needs. What you'll do

• Help create a safe, loving, and empowering environment
• meet children’s basic needs
• teach, connect with, and minister to children
• and support the Breakthrough classroom’s inclusive environment for children and teens with special needs. Team assignments may include Early Years, Elementary, or Breakthrough.
