What you'll do

• Review and send Claude-drafted outreach and follow-up to systems integrators
• manage partner conversations about program tiers and incentives
• guide onboarding and activation

• maintain Salesforce or similar CRM data
• serve as continuity contact for named partners
• route strategic conversations to internal owners
• document and refine workflows and playbooks.
