Life Enrichment Coordinator

Job overview

The Life Enrichment Coordinator role is onsite in Kings Mountain, NC. Pay is $12–$20 per hour. Country Time Inn aims to create a community where seniors can thrive physically, emotionally, and socially. The coordinator designs and delivers person-centered activities that encourage engagement, cognitive stimulation, purpose, and well-being. The role works with residents, families, volunteers, community partners, and staff to make daily life more meaningful and inclusive.

What you'll do

• Plan and coordinate activities, events, and outings tailored to residents’ interests and abilities
• develop monthly activity calendars
• design and adapt memory-care activities for residents with dementia
• recruit and manage volunteers
• build community partnerships
• organize special events and family gatherings
• maintain participation records and program evaluations
• collaborate with care, dining, and leadership teams and participate in care-plan meetings.

Why this role

An associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred. Activity Director or Therapeutic Recreation certification is a plus and must be obtained within nine months.
