Procurement and Contracts Manager

The Procurement and Contracts Manager role is onsite at assigned Maryland facilities, based in Beltsville, MD, with pay of $110,000–$130,000 per year. The client is building and operating power, cooling, and supporting infrastructure for high-density AI, including two facility retrofit projects. The manager secures critical equipment, negotiates commercial terms, and addresses supply risks to support project delivery and the availability of new AI capacity. The role coordinates procurement readiness from early design through installation and operational handover.

What you'll do

• Maintain procurement boundaries and a consolidated long-lead schedule for both sites
• obtain engineering-approved specifications and compare bids
• negotiate commercial terms with authorized legal support
• verify manufacturing slots and production status
• coordinate submittals, factory acceptance testing, shipping, receiving, storage, and installation readiness
• reconcile commitments and forecasts with Finance and site project managers
• track service, spare parts, and warranty obligations
• and maintain commercial communications and claims records.
