What you'll do

• Partner with leaders on HR strategy
• coach managers on performance and workplace concerns
• lead employee relations and investigations
• oversee performance management, recruiting, workforce planning, onboarding, compliance, records, compensation, benefits, HRIS, payroll coordination, and HR analytics
• manage HR budgets and vendors
• supervise and mentor HR team members
• travel as needed.

Why this role
