What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors
• carry out security procedures and site policies
• respond to incidents and concerns and escalate according to site procedures
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interiors, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations
• monitor access points and report maintenance concerns, suspicious activity, and policy violations
• document patrols, incidents, and daily activities.
