The Non-Medical Home Caregiver for Seniors role is onsite in clients’ homes in Scottsdale, AZ. Compensation is $15.15–$20 per hour. HomeWell Care Services provides one-on-one non-medical support to seniors and individuals who need help remaining safe, comfortable, and independent at home. The caregiver follows individualized care plans and assists with daily living while communicating client changes or concerns to management. The role contributes to clients’ comfort, safety, and independence through practical assistance and respectful companionship.

What you'll do

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• prepare meals and assist with eating
• provide medication reminders
• assist with walking, transfers, and mobility
• perform light housekeeping
• provide transportation to appointments, errands, and outings when applicable
• assist with daily living activities
• follow individualized care plans
• communicate client changes, concerns, or incidents to management
• treat clients with patience, dignity, kindness, and respect.
