What you'll do

• Provide technical support and oversight to production
• resolve production issues through root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• build, test, and evaluate samples and prototypes
• use lean manufacturing tools to improve quality and reduce waste
• participate in continuous improvement and sustaining engineering
• validate processes for new product introductions
• update work instructions and documentation
• provide technical training as needed.
