What you'll do

• Support individuals in learning social, self-care, and communication skills
• accompany individuals to community activities, including recreation, volunteering, classes, and social events
• maintain accurate notes to support continuity of care. Reliable personal transportation is required to travel to worksites, subject to company mileage reimbursement.
