What you'll do

• Analyze new credit requests and service existing loans
• underwrite complex livestock and crop producer loans
• validate financial information and assess capacity, capital, and cash flow
• approve, decline, or escalate credit decisions within delegated authority
• communicate decisions and terms
• monitor loan performance and compliance
• support servicing plans and client financial counseling
• collaborate with lending, sales, and operations teams.
