What you'll do

• Manage clinic financial performance across Medicaid, third-party insurance, self-pay, and state or grant programs
• prepare financial statements, variance analyses, cash-flow forecasts, and budgets
• manage QuickBooks general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and journal entries
• partner with billing staff on claims, collections, denials, and ledger reconciliation
• track and report grant and settlement funds
• support audits and regulatory compliance
• maintain internal controls.
