Group Rooms Coordinator

The Group Rooms Coordinator role is onsite in Aspen, CO, with pay of $26.00–$30.00 per hour. Compensation depends on budget and experience. This role manages contracted group reservations and room blocks, corporate account bookings, residence owner stays, and rental-unit availability. Accurate reservation records and coordination with Sales, Reservations, guests, and property managers support room availability and guest service.

What you'll do

• Manage group bookings and allocations with Group Sales Managers, Sales Coordinators, and Reservations
• enter and balance room blocks, rooming lists, and reservations
• monitor availability and group bookings
• prepare pickup, attrition, commission, and billing reports
• manage owner calendars and stays
• coordinate rental bookings with third-party property managers.
