Accounting Manager

What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations and own monthly, quarterly, and annual close
• review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, allocations, and significant transactions
• oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts, payroll accounting, and fixed assets
• prepare and review financial statements and management reports across entities
• oversee intercompany accounting and consolidated reporting
• analyze variances and maintain dashboards and KPIs
• ensure nonprofit, grant, donor, tax, and regulatory compliance
• support IRS Form 990 and audits
• maintain and strengthen internal controls
• support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• supervise, coach, and develop Senior and Staff Accountants.

Why this role
