The Registered Nurse (RN) – PRN role is onsite in Louisville, KY, on an as-needed basis with flexibility to cover various shifts. Compensation is not specified. Isaiah House is a nonprofit, Christ-centered addiction recovery organization providing evidence-based, holistic care across residential, outpatient, and recovery-support services. The RN supports client health, safety, and recovery through assessments, monitoring, medication support, education, and care coordination. Working with providers and the clinical team, the nurse identifies concerns, responds to client needs, and helps maintain continuity of care throughout treatment.

What you'll do

• Complete medical intake questionnaires, review histories, check vital signs, and assess treatment needs
• collaborate with providers on treatment plans
• monitor symptoms and communicate findings
• educate clients about health and medication use
• support ASAM assessments
• respond to emergencies under established protocols
• coordinate medication orders and self-administration support
• track MAT orders
• administer specialty injections within scope
• coordinate appointments and records
• maintain medical documentation
• participate in the after-hours on-call rotation as needed.
