What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and guests
• carry out security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the business, perimeter, parking areas, entrances, and assigned areas
• report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns
• monitor access points and verify authorized entry
• respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations
• document observations and actions
• maintain a professional presence.
