Strength and Conditioning Coach — Youth and Adult Training

What you'll do

• Lead group training sessions for youth, adults, and teams
• provide personal training and individualized coaching when needed
• teach proper form, technique, and movement mechanics
• modify workouts for athletes’ ability levels
• help athletes improve strength, speed, agility, and performance
• build member relationships and communicate regularly
• start and finish sessions on time
• support member retention through coaching, accountability, and service.
