Facilities Associate

What you'll do

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs including painting, masonry, woodwork, plumbing, and electrical work
• complete work orders
• assist with office and resident relocations
• troubleshoot residential sites for maintenance and safety issues
• assist with vendor bids
• follow safety regulations and agency policies
• participate in quality improvement training.
