What you'll do

• Conduct onsite visits to skilled care and assisted living communities
• monitor residents' nutritional needs
• provide nutrition education
• contribute to MDS work with the team
• prepare nutrition assessments with dining manager input
• advise on dining services, meal rounds, and sanitation practices
• support regulatory compliance
• train and guide dining managers and staff
• assist with policy development
• monitor nutritional care systems.
