Restoration Estimator

Job overview

What you'll do

• Inspect and scope jobs onsite
• document losses with photos
• write mitigation and reconstruction estimates using Xactimate and other estimating software
• record job notes and drying information
• determine labor and equipment costs
• prepare quantity takeoffs and material pricing
• communicate with insurers and adjusters
• manage estimate documents and project risks
• review estimates with project teams
• address estimate exceptions.
