What you'll do

• Answer inbound personal-lines service calls
• handle vehicle and coverage changes, lien-holder and mortgagee updates, billing questions, insurance verification, payments, cross-selling, new quotes, and other insurance questions
• contact insureds to review coverage and retain renewal business
• review underwriting information and renewal premiums
• assist with recommended coverage
• provide product, coverage, and rate training to agency personnel as needed
• assist with phones and general office duties.
