What you'll do

• Coordinate resident care plans in accordance with physician orders, regulations, and facility policies
• communicate nursing policies and monitor staff practices
• participate in admissions decisions and management meetings
• support compassionate quality care, nursing supervision, adequate services, and staff coverage
• conduct the nursing process within the scope of the state Nurse Practice Act. Current RN or LPN licensure and an associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school are required
• two years of nursing supervisory experience is required.
