What you'll do

• Estimate and negotiate change orders
• prepare cost plans and estimates
• review contractor estimates and pricing
• reconcile changes
• manage cost checks, valuations, contingency and commitment tracking
• coordinate value engineering
• prepare monthly cost reports and funding presentations
• negotiate final accounts
• and coach and mentor talent.
