What you'll do

• Guide members through consumer and mortgage loan processes
• make outbound sales calls for follow-up and new business
• turn service issues into sales opportunities
• assist with teller transactions as needed
• participate in table events and outside SEG presentations as needed
• promote technology use
• participate in sales and marketing activities
• support staffing at other branch locations or departments as needed
• explain, promote, and sell products and services
• maintain product knowledge and develop knowledge of industry practices.
