The technician supports semiconductor equipment work at a High Frequency Technology Center wafer fab, working with process engineers, operators, and the Equipment Engineering team. The role maintains and repairs electro-mechanical manufacturing equipment, performs preventive maintenance and emergency repairs, and develops maintenance procedures. It also supports new tool installation, hardware improvements, automation projects, and the retirement of legacy tools to help sustain production and research and development processes.
What you'll do
- Maintain and repair electro-mechanical equipment

- coordinate spare-parts purchasing and supplier service visits
- assist with retiring legacy tools
- develop maintenance and repair procedures and spare-parts requirements
- install new process tools
- assist with hardware improvements and automation projects.
